My aspiration is to open a bakery or cafe, driven by my passion for cooking and baking. Currently employed at a local restaurant, I'm gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of the industry. While I appreciate the knowledge gained, I find running a restaurant to be more demanding, reinforcing my belief that managing a bakery or cafe is less a stressful endeavor. Beyond culinary pursuits, I enjoy exploring makeup, fashion, nails, playing video games, and staying informed about global affairs - a mix of everything which is reflected in my blog.
